(Mental) Health Checkup

You go for a check up to the doctor and dentist every year, right? Well why not get a mental health check up regularly too? It is not hard to do and you should not be afraid of it. Just make an appointment with a therapist, social worker, or psychologist and talk things out a bit. I think it will be easy and it might be beneficial.
